By using Civilización you agree to these terms. They are short and simple.
1The app
Civilización is a game by Jose Ventura. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2Purchases
Premium themes are one-time (non-consumable) purchases tied to your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can restore them in Settings.
3Fair play online
Don't try to cheat, modify the game, overload the servers or harass other players. We may cancel matches or delete online profiles that break these rules.
4The online service
Online mode is provided as is and may have interruptions. We may change or discontinue it; offline games will keep working. Your data is handled according to the privacy policy.
5Liability
We do our best to make the game work well, but we can't guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
6Changes and contact
